The process of making sure your customer has the optimum mobile experience begins before they have even landed on your mobile site. Different devices – iPhones, Android, Tablets – have different requirements, and Incentivated can create websites that are cross-platform, taking these specifications into account.

Incentivated also applies a PCD Lite API, that detects what mobile handset is being used by your customer, and automatically redirects from a standard desktop website to a “mobile specific” site. The PCD Lite API can be used by any client application that supports the web service SOAP format.

Many mobile websites use an m. or .mobi web address; our API allows customers to type in your www. address, retaining consistency across all channels, and still be taken immediately to the website correct to their device.
