Using our iris platform, Incentivated can create virtual mobile vouchers to be sent to customner handsets and stored on their phones. Personalised and trackable, these vouchers can then be used in-store, often scannable at the till.
Mobile vouchers are typically distributed through WAP Push, SMS, or in-app and push notifications. The customer can then redeem the voucher at a store or online by showing the coupon image or by entering the related number string into a discount area at the online checkout.

Incentivated’s mobile voucher module now provides offer codes that can be personalised to the individual or the campaign:
- they can reflect a customer’s purchase history
- they cannot be shared
- they can only be programmed to be used multiple times, or only once
- they can made active for a specific time period
- they can be tailored to a specific store, or range of stores
